Fusing Fermilab physics with art

Fermilab's 2017 artist-in-residence, Jim Jenkins, melds pieces of physics experiments into his creations. When founding director Robert R. Wilson first imagined Fermilab in the 1960s, he not only envisioned a lab that was at the forefront of physics, but a space that would inspire visitors and elicit an appreciation of the research.
